Dwight Kurt Schrute 3 () is a fictional character on The Office (U.S.), portrayed by Rainn Wilson. He was a salesman and the assistant to the regional manager^[1] at the paper distribution company Dunder Mifflin earlier his promotion to assistant regional manager, and later to regional manager in the final season.
